No success fee

Some agencies charge thousands more when a member marries. We think that is a strange way to be paid for making an introduction, so we do not do it.

No introductions, no fee kept

If we make no introduction at all in your first three months, ask and we will refund you in full. That has happened, and we paid up without an argument.

How many introductions?

We do not promise a number, because an agency that promises twelve will find you twelve. Most twelve month members meet between four and eight people. Some meet the right one first.

What the fee actually pays for

A matchmaker's time, which is the whole product: the interviews, the identity and single status checks, the hours spent thinking about who fits whom, and the telephone call after every date that nobody enjoys making. We take no commission from anywhere else and we do not sell a thing about our members to anybody.
